Welcome to Royal Excursion. By using our website, submitting a quote or contact request, or booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

Royal Excursion provides charter transportation and motorcoach services. Quotes are estimates and are not confirmed until we provide written confirmation of your booking.

Communications and Text Messaging Consent

When you submit our “Get a Quote” form, our contact form, or call in to book a trip, you consent to receive communications from us by phone call, text message (SMS), and email related to your inquiry or booking. We contact you only about your own inquiry or booking. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not requested them, and we do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Text Message Program: Opt-In and Opt-Out

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Royal Excursion when you:

provide your mobile phone number and submit our “Get a Quote” form or our contact form; or
provide your mobile phone number when you call us to ask about or book a trip.

Providing your mobile number is optional, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

What to expect. Messages may include quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, trip details and updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (574) 257-8540.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws and any safety instructions from our drivers and staff during your trip.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We absolutely loved our carpē dīem trip! Miss Elaine was the best driver ever. We took our students to a flemco show at Don Quijote in Valparaíso and then to the Pompeii exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.
